Our passenger service facilities are located at Terminal B of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. We have a supervisor present at each flight, with the personnel necessary to assist those passengers that so wish so. When necessary, GMD can supply the counters and computers necessary for the check-in of passengers. Passenger service also extends to assistance at the aircraft door, as well as the Customs and Immigration area and the baggage claim area.
Support Services
In these security conscious times, GMD offers security personnel for all your access control needs during flight arrival and take off, as well as ramp security agents available during your aircraft’s time on land. We also offer wheelchair services to passengers that so wish so and escort services for passengers with disabilities and small children under the age of 16.
